<li>1 cana ulei,</li>
<li>1/2 pachet de margarina,</li>

<li>zahar pudra cu aroma de vanilie(eu am dat zaharul prin masina de cafea,impreuna cu un plic de zahar vanilat).</li>
</ul>
Borsul se incalzeste cu margarina,apoi se pune peste ulei,se adauga sarea,vanilia,si drojdia,apoi se framanta bine cu mana sa se dizolve bine drojdia,dupa care se pune faina si se framanta pana ce iese un aluat potrivit de tare,care se lasa la dospit intr-un loc cald.Cand a crescut ca aluatul de paine se fac cornulete care se umplu cu bucatele de rahat,si se coc in cuptorul incins pana devin aurii.Se scot se lasa la racit apoi se pudreaza cu zahar pudra vanilat.<br />
Igrediente tavalita:<br />

<li>100 gr. zahar,</li>
<li>1 lg. miere de albine,</li>
<li>1 lgt, amoniac nestins,</li>

Din toate ingredintele se face un aluat care este ca o smantana groasa,se toarna intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace in cuptor cca. 30 min.pana se rumeneste usor deasupra(se face testul cu scobitoarea).<br />
Dupa ce sa copt se lasa un pic sa se raceasca pana facem glazura,apoi se taie patratele,care se inmoaie in glazura si se tavalesc prin nuca de cocos,sau nuca prajita si sfaramata.<br />
GLAZURA:<br />

Acest tort ,e un tort fugarit,am plecat de la ,a face o prajitura si am ajuns la acest tort,care s-a dovedit a fi foarte bun,si foarte usor de facut.<br />

Intr-o cratita de 4 litri se pune zaharul si se caramalizeaza pana are o culoare aurie,ATENTIE! sa nu se arda prea tare ca e amar,cand e topit complet se intinde pe toata suprafata cratitei,apoi se da deoparte si se lasa asa pana curatam merele,le scoatem mijlocul cu un cutit special sau cu un cutit normal,usor sa nu se sfarame,merele.Dupa ce le-am curatat pe toate le asezam in cratita si le umplem cu nuci taiate marunt si cu dulceata.Turnam deasupra aluatul de pandispan,scuturam bine cratita,o batem bine de masa,ca sa intre aluatul printre mere si dam in cuptorul incalzit aproximativ o ora,Facem testul cu scobitoarea,cand este copt il scoatem si-l lasam un pic sa se raceasca apoi il rasturnam pe un platou si-l alasam sa se raceasca complet,apoi il ornam cu frisca batuta.Se da la frigider pt. o noapte si se serveste cu placere.<br />

Ingrediente blat:<br />

Ouale se separa,albusurile se bat spuma tare,apoi se adauga zaharul si se mai bate pana se obtine o bezea fina si lucioasa.Galbenusurile se amesteca cu apa,apoi se pun peste albusuri,se amesteca usor ,dupa care se pune faina amestecata cu cacao si praful de copt,si se amesteca cu o lingura de jos in sus.Aluatul se pune intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se da in cuptorul incins in prealabil cca. 30 min la temperatura medie.Se face testul cu scobitoarea,cand este gata se lasa la racit,apoi se taie in doua si se insiropeaza cu un sirop facut din 200 gr. zahar cu 200 ml. apa si o esenta de rom.<br />
Ingrediente crema:<br />

Apa impreuna cu zaharul,cacao,si ciocolata rupta buchetele se pune pe foc pana se formeaza un sirop gros.<br />
Untul se freaca pana devine spuma,apoi se adauga siropul racit si se bate pana iese o crema uniforma,se mai pune si esenta dupa care jumatate din crema se pune intre cele doua foi de blat insiropat,iar cealalta jumatate se orneaza prajiturile.<br />
Ingrediente glazura:<br />

Ficateii se curata,se spala,se scurg bine apoi se pun in lapte si se lasa cateva ore acoperiti in frigider.Intre timp facem aluatul din oua,faina,apa minerala,mustar,delikat si piper.Scoatem ficateii din lapte pe un prosop curat si-i tamponam usor sa nu mai fie uzi,dupa care ii dam prin faina si-i coacem in ulei fierbinte,ii scoatem pe servetele absorbante,si ii servim alaturi de orice garnitura vrem.Noi i-am servit alaturi de cartofi noi, si salata de rosii.<br />

Ouale se separa,galbenusurile se amesteca cu apa,albusurile se bat spuma tare cu un praf de sare,apoi se adauga zaharul si se mai bate pana se topeste tot zaharul,dupa care se pun galbenusurile cu apa si esenta de vanilie.Faina se adauga lingura cu lingura pana o incorporam toata cu grija amestecand usor de jos in sus,sa nu se lase albusul.Turnam compozitia intr-o forma de tort tapetata cu hartie de copt si dam in cuptorul preincalzit cca.25 min.Primele 5 min. se da focul tare,dupa care se da focul mic si se lasa pana are o culoare aurie si se face testul cu scobitoarea.Se scoate si se lasa la racit pana facem crema,apoi se taie in trei,se insiropeaza cu un sirop facut din 200 gr. zahar,si 200 ml. apa si o esenta de rom.<br />

Untul se freaca spuma dupa care se pune siropul racit si se amesteca bine impreuna cu o esenta de rom.Crema obtinuta se se intinde intre blaturile insiropate pe care am mai presarat niste nuca pajita si sfaramata.<br />

Legumele se curata,se spala,apoi se dau pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari,ciupercile se taie cubulete.<br />
Intr-o cratita se pune uleiul la incins in care se pune ceapa cu un praf de sare si un pic de apa sa se inmoaie,apoi se adauga morcovul,telina si pastarnacul,se lasa acoperit pana sau inmuiat putin,dupa care se adauga ciupercile si pasta de gogosari. Cand sunt moi se adauga si cartofii si dovlecelul ce in prealabil au fost storsi bine de zeama,se mai lasa un pic apoi se rastoarna intr-un lighean si se lasa sa se raceasca.<br />

Aceasta minunata reteta am gasit-o pe blogul /<a href="http://irinaririna.blogspot.ro/">http://irinaririna.blogspot.ro/</a> careia tin sa-i multumesc pe aceasta cale. Eu am facut cateva mici modificari si anume ca in loc de bicarbonat am pus praf de copt, iar in loc de crantul de deasupra(nu ne place),am folosit nuci prajite si taiate.In rest este o prajitura de post foarte buna, nici nu-ti dai seama ca e de post,este foarte buna dimineata la cafea.<br />

<li>2 lg. cacao,</li>
<li>1esenta de rom,</li>
<li>un praf de sare.</li>

Mod de preparare:<br />
Zaharul impreuna cu mierea si cola se mixeaza bine pana se topeste zaharul apoi, se adauga uleiul,praful de copt stins cu zeama de lamaie,si nuca macinata.Se mai mixeaza un pic apoi se pune faina,cacaua,romul si sarea.Toata compozitia se toarna intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt,apoi se da in cuptorul preincalzit si se coace aproximativ 25 min. se face testul cu scobitoarea.<br />
Pentru sirop se pune zaharul intr- o cratita pe foc pana se caramelizeaza usor apoi se pune apa si se lasa sa fiarba pana se topeste tot caramelul,apoi se lasa sa se raceasca,dupa care am mai pus un pic de esenta de vanilie.<br />
Pentru crema se mixeaza margarina( care a fost tinuta la temperatura camerei) cu zaharul pudra pana devine spumoasa,apoi se pune nessul intr-o cana si se dizolva cu o lg. de sirop fierbinte.Cand e rece se adauga peste crema.Se amesteca usor apoi se adauga nucile prajite si esenta de rom.<br />
Cand blatul e rece se inteapa cu o scobitoare apoi se insiropeaza cu siropul rece,dupa care se intinde crema peste el si se presara cu nuci prajite si taiate.Prajitura se da la rece si se taie cum doriti.<br />

Pentru ca de maine intram in postul pastelui,si ca sa trecem mai usor ,ne trebuie cate ceva dulce dupa masa,pana incepem sa ne obisnuim sa postim.<br />

Dragii mei,blogul meu micut a ajuns la frumoasa varsta de doi ani.Am inceput din dorinta de a stoca undeva retetele sa nu le mai scriu prin diverse caiete,si cum gateam cate ceva bun la fiecare sfarsit de saptamana pt. studenta mea,tot ea a fost cea care mi-a facut acest blog. Este un tort cu blat de nuca si crema cu mousse de ciocolata alba si ananas.<br />
Blat:<br />

Ouale se separa,albusurile se bat spuma tare,apoi se adauga zaharul si se mai bate pana devine o bezea tare si lucioasa. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu apa si se pun in fir subtire peste albusuri.Faina se amesteca cu nuca si praful de copt,apoi se adauga peste albusuri amestecand usor cu o lingura de jos in sus sa nu se lase albusurile,se mai pune un pic de sare si esenta,dupa care se toarna in forma de tort tapetata cu hartie de copt si se da in cuptorul preincalzit cca.15 min. la foc moderat(se face testul cu scobitoarea).Se scoate si se lasa sa se raceasca apoi se taie in trei,si se insiropeaza cu un sirop facut din zahar si apa in cantitati egale(eu am pus 300 gr. zahar si 300 ml. apa),si o esenta de rom.<ul>

Frisca se incalzeste pana la punctul de fierbere,apoi se adaauga ciocolata si se amesteca bine pana se topeste,apoi se da la rece o ora.Se scoate si se mixeaza pana se face ca o spuma ,apoi se pune ananasul taiat si se amesteca usor,dupa care o impartim in doua si o intindem intre foile de blat insiropat.Deasupra am topit 200 gr. ciocolata amaruie in 200 ml. frisca si am intins usor peste blat ,apoi am ornat cu frisca batuta.</div>

Ouale se separa,albusurile se bat spuma tare cu un praf de sare si esenta de vanilie,apoi se adauga zaharul si se mai bate pana obtinem o bezea tare si lucioasa.Peste bezea se pun galbenusurile amestecate cu apa si se amesteca usor.La urma incorporam faina amestecata cu cacaoa si praful de copt,amestecand cu o lingura de jos in sus.Se pune intr-o forma rotunda tapetata cu hartie de copt,si se da in cuptorul incins 20 min. la foc potrivit.Se face testul cu scobitoarea si cand este gata se scoate si se lasa sa se raceasca. Cat blatul se raceste facem crema in felul urmator:<br />
Gelatina se pune la hidratat in trei lg. de apa,cca.15 min.<br />
Frisca se bate cu 100 gr. zahar pudra si esenta de vanilie.<br />
Iaurturile se golesc intr-un castron si se amesteca cu gelatina topita cateva secunde la mw. dupa care se pun peste frisca batuta ,apoi se pun fulgii de ciocolata.Crema atfel obtinuta se da la frigider cat scobim blatul.<br />
Blatul racit se taie un capac si se scobeste ca in imagine,scobitura se umple cu bananele decojite,iar capacul se sfaramiteaza.Crema usor intarita se pune peste blat si pe deasupra se presara faramiturile.Se da la rece,si se serveste cand este bine intarit.Va asigur ca este nemaipomenit!<br />

Ouale se amesteca bine cu zaharul pana se topeste,apoi se adauga iaurtul,se mai bate putin,se pun stafidele ce in prealabil au fost inmuiate in apa calda cu rom,vanilia si praful de sare.<br />
Foile de placinta dupa ce au fost dezghetate se desfac si se ung cu unt topit pe fiecare foaie ce o asezam in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.In pachetul cu foi sunt 16 foi,eu l-am impartit in trei astfel :prima data am uns sase foi si le-am suprapus una peste alta in tava,apoi cu un polonic am pus cam o treime din compozitia de mai sus,apoi am mai pus inca cinci foi unse,si iar jumatate din compozitia ramasa,iar restul de cinci foi unse si restul de compozitie.Dam la cuptorul incins pentru 50 min. la foc potrivit pana se rumeneste frumos deasupra.Se scoate pe un fund si se lasa sa se raceasca cu un prosop umed deasupra.Dupa ce sa racit se taie si se pudreaza cu zahar pudra.Va doresc pofta buna!<br />

Din ceapa taiata se ia o mana si se pune intr-o tigaie in care am pus 100ml.ulei de masline,si o lingura de apa sa se inmoaie nu sa se prajeasca,cand ceapa sa inmuiat se adauga pasta de tomate,se amesteca bine si se lasa sa se raceasca,apoi se amesteca cu carnea tocata,legumele rase,restul de ceapa cruda,si orezul spalat si scurs.Se sareaza si se condimenteaza cu piper si cimbru macinat. Se fac sarmalute,dupa care se pun intr-o oala,cu foi de dafin printre randuri ,apoi se acopera cu suc de rosii si se pun la foc mic sa fiarba cca doua ore.Va doresc pofta buna!<br />

Se amesteca sfecla rasa cu hreanul, se presara sare si o lingurita de zahar ca mi sa parut ca sfecla nu era suficient de dulce,se amesteca bine apoi se adauga otet dupa gust in functie cat de acra vrem sa fie,si un pic de ulei de masline am pus eu dar se poate pune si de floarea soarelui.Este foarte gustoasa.O sa ma intrebati de ce nu am fiert sau copt sfecla,"pentru ca nu ne place gustul sfeclei fierte''mi se pare mai gustoasa asa cruda,dar este numai o parere personala.milicahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10655773998958189327noreply@blogger.com1
